This policy explains what information we collect through Aprosoft Technologies's website, why we collect it, and how we handle it. It applies to this website only , not to separate agreements you may sign with us for project or training work.

We only collect information you choose to give us. Currently the only place this happens on our website is the contact form, where we ask for:

Contact form submissions are stored using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), a third-party data infrastructure provider. Firebase acts as our data processor and stores information on our behalf under its own security and data-processing terms. We do not currently use third-party advertising networks, tracking pixels, or analytics cookies on this website.

We keep contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain business records, after which we delete them or remove identifying details. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time, see "Your rights" below.

This website does not currently set tracking or advertising cookies. If that changes, for example, if we add analytics in the future , we'll update this policy to reflect it.

You can ask us, at any time, to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To do so, email us at info@aprosoftech.com and we'll act on your request within a reasonable time.

Our website and training programs are intended for people old enough to independently enquire about employment, education, or business services. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as our website or practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
